Parish of the Transfiguration

We began as the Harvest of Hope Area Catholic Community in 2019 by establishing a Pastoral Council with representation from each parish. As part of the All Things New planning process in the St. Cloud Diocese we merged together to form the Parish of the Transfiguration. Our parish is served by priests from St. John's Abbey in Collegeville.
